PLASMA
CNC Plasma & Flame Cutting is supported with our in house AutoCAD drafting, and nesting software to create an efficient minimal waste environment. We provide services for single or multiple components that you need.
Our CNC plasma burn table is primarily used for cutting carbon plate. The deck is 5’ wide and 10’ long with a single plasma torch powered by Hypertherm Powermax 85 Plasma. We have the capacity to cut up to ¾” thick materials.
For gauge items or heavier or plate steel, the Plasma machine delivers a clean cut with minimal distortion.
flame cutting
Flame Cutting, also known as Oxy Propane Cutting, is a process that uses fuel gases and oxygen to cut metal. Pure oxygen instead of air is used to increase the flame temperature to allow localized melting of the steel in a room temperature environment.
Integra Mfg has extensive processing capability to accommodate steel plates ranging from ¼”: to 2” in thickness 60 inches in width and 120 inches in length.
